This is the Pier 42, located at West 42nd Street, 12th Avenue. Its quite abit of a walk to get there, but definitely scenic. I opted for the 3 hour tour from Circle line, one of the most reputable boat trip organisers in NY. Highly recommended. The aircraft carrier you see in the background is the USS Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. The floating museum was an aircraft carrier and served in the II World war and the Vietnam war
