he fountain is highly symbolic with intellectual connotations. A tall and sober Arch of Triumph (the palace of Neptune) dominates the scene from on high.Its just another fountain you may say. I agree, but there is something really cool about a large fountain built on a vast piazza with ornate sculptures all around. There was a very youthful feeling about the whole place.
